Parcel Tracking

After you have entered your order number and e-mail address, a tracking number and the expected delivery date will be displayed in the “Item” column. Click on the tracking number and you will be redirected to a page where you can see the current shipping status. Please note that after your order has been changed to Finished it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be displayed.

For some shipments, such as DHL, the tracking number on this page does not work. In this case, please visit this DHL tracking page or this alternative tracking website. Manually copy the tracking number from the Order Data page and enter it on the website.
